Positive: The apartment was immaculate, and had great facilities like a coffee machine and a TV downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms, from which we could use our Disney subscription for the kids. The location was also very nice, a short walk to the ski slope!
Negative: Everything was nice, a bit more snow would have been great! And the energy bills are not included, it's not a major headache but worth factoring in if you are on a budget. Also some extra pillows as an option would be good.

Positive: The location is perfect. It is very close to the bike trails and it has a nice view to the mountains . The Apartment is very clean modern and cosy made with a lot of details. All is like new and has all needed like in home. I do strongly recommend this apartment!

Positive: A beautiful, clean and brand new apartment with the magnificent view.
Negative: The owner contacted us both via chat and calls while we were in another location in the Czech Republic that he had to charge us 120 euros for deposit in cash that we needed to wire, and for utilities separately in addition to (and AFTER) the charges that had been already paid through Booking.com which was described nowhere in the site. We told him that was not a deal on the site, but he didn’t back down, so negotiated with him that as foreign travelers, we do not have a bank account in the Czech Republic to transfer the amount, and the owner finally waved it. This happened during a tour, and was very disruptive that I had to leave the group to talk to him. At the time of arrival, the owner again went over the phone what would be subject to the extra charges; water, gas, electricity, and coffee. Does Booking.com know or approve of this type of business practice for surprise charges? In the end we again, settled with the owner by leaving a 20 US dollar bill since we learned and felt bad about their energy bills went higher due to the crisis with Ukraine.
Summary: beautiful apartment, questionable business practice.

Positive: The property is very modern and smart, clearly well designed. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully contained all the necessities for cooking and dining. The location is perfect for exploring Dolní Morava and the surrounding mountains, and there are nice restaurants, pubs, a bus stop and a shop nearby. The views of the mountains from the windows are particularly good.
Negative: Since the property is new, there are some missing features, but I am sure they will be built soon. An outdoor seating area would be ideal, and a handrail for the stairs would be good for elderly guests. Do not forget to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, because these are not provided and the local shop is not always open.
Summary: A smart, comfortable property in a picturesque location.
